Court Operational Dashboard
The Court Operational Dashboard includes data visualizations for case processing performance, pending case activity, case clearance rates, and pending case ages. Court administrators can use this out-of-the-box dashboard to begin incorporating data visualization into their operations with data points aligned with CourTools. The Court Operational Dashboard is available for download in either calendar year (January - December) or fiscal year (October - September) format for use in Excel or a compatible program.
Court Performance Indicator Report
The Court Performance Indicator Report allows court administrators to define and monitor up to 20 performance indicators on a quarterly basis. The Court Performance Indicator Report is available for download for use in Excel or a compatible program.
Court Balanced Scorecard
The Court Balanced Scorecard supports court administrators in implementing and monitoring their progress on their strategic plan and initiatives. Aligned around four perspectives—Mission, Stakeholder Experience, Internal Processes, People—and the International Framework for Court Excellence's Seven Areas of Court Excellence, the Court Balanced Scorecard supports the quarterly tracking of strategic goals, tailored to the court environment. The Court Balanced Scorecard is available for download for use in Excel or a compatible program.
